SHIPPING
COVID-19 UPDATE:
We are continuing to process and ship orders without delay, however due to the current COVID-19 crisis, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order as a result of the increased number of online orders and deliveries and subsequent delays from Australia Post. Currently, Australia Post is recommending that customers allow an additional 10 business days for the domestic delivery of parcels within Australia. Please track the status of your order by clicking the link attached in your shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all Australian public holidays and shipment times will begin the next business day following. Please note that during times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches, holiday periods etc) this shipment time will be extended.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-5 business days to arrive when shipped via regular post. Express shipping orders will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Please follow the delivery of your shipment via the Australia Post tracking number that we provide you with via email.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.
Parcel Damage
Please contact us within 5 business days if you parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.

If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
