I received the brushes and was not happy with them - they are unused, in perfect condition, not even taken out of original packaging, so I emailed and asked to process a return.

First, I ordered (and paid for!) this master set, and I received 10 pieces instead of 22 - I assume they sent a different bundle by mistake.

I opened the box before Christmas and emailed right away - it has now been two weeks, the holidays are long gone, I have followed up via email, and STILL NO RESPONSE! Can someone please respond to me!!!

I wanted to love these brushes so much!! I have tried everything else from the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics line and have been super pleased with everything. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but the brush set I got was not the best quality. The handles were nice and the brush itself was constructed well (no loose ferrel or anything) but the brush hair themselves was the disappointment. The flat top foundation brush and the angled brow brush were the only brushes out of the whole set that worked for me. All of the other brushes were scratchy and shedded even before the first cleaning. The brushes also didn't appear to be cut evenly and i'm not sure if that had anything to do with the shedding and the scratchiness. I will continue to shop Nikkia Joy Cosmetics since I love all of the other products, but the brushes were just not for me.

Hi Nikkia! I got my professional Master Set and my additional order, like my additional separate Eye set. Not only are they amazingly soft! The fact that the eye brushes are made for small eyes is... is it too dramatic to say I threw out all my other brushes? Because, I did! Especially the foundation brush... soooo soft!

I bought your entire brush set. I have to be honest I am not that easy to win over, I am very critical when it comes to products. But I love the master collection with my entire heart. Such lux brushes, amazing quality (they sometimes shed a bit, but nothing serious). They blend everything like a dream. Thank you Nikkia for making my brush dreams come true.

Overall I have really been enjoying these. Some of the set have become my most used brushes. There are a couple of brushes that irritate my skin and feel like they ??????poke???? me though. I have pretty sensitive skin though and a known camelid allergy so that could be what's happening. I may have an allergy to whatever animal hair is used in some of those brushes. That said, most of the brushes are great and don't bother me. I really like some of the shapes a lot, particularly some of the shader brushes and the smaller powder brushes. They're beautiful as well and I like the aesthetic. One thing I would change (and I'm being knit picky) is to just have the simpler ??????NJC???? image rather than than adding the spelled out version on the handles. I think it would look cleaner. I also want to commend Their customer service here as well! My bag arrived with a detached zipper pull. Not a huge deal, I could fix it, but I reached out and they sent me a large makeup bag as a replacement and let me keep the small one as well. They were very kind and helpful. Thank you NJC!
