What does my shipping rate include?
For orders below $60 AUD:

Standard Shipping - $7.95 AUD
Our reliable shipping option with tracking. The estimated delivery time is 2-6 business days. You can track your items using the link in your order confirmation email. -
Standard Shipping (with Insurance) - $10.90 AUD
This option includes tracking and insurance for lost items. Insurance ensures your order is covered in case of loss. The estimated delivery time is 2-6 business days. -
Express Shipping - $16 AUD
For faster delivery, choose our Express Shipping option. It offers delivery within 1-3 business days with tracking and insurance for lost items.
For orders over $60 AUD:

Free Shipping - $0 AUD
Enjoy our Standard Shipping service for free when your order totals over $60 after discounts. The estimated delivery time is 2-6 business days. -
Add Shipping Insurance - $2.95 AUD
You can add insurance to your free shipping for extra protection in case of lost shipments. -
Express Shipping - $10 AUD
Upgrade to Express Shipping for a reduced rate of $10 when your order is over $60. The delivery is within 1-3 business days, with tracking and insurance included.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped our same day. Order placed after 12pm or on weekends will be shipped out on the next business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all Australian public holidays and shipment times will begin the next business day. During times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches, holiday periods etc) processing and shipment times may be extended.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-5 business days to arrive when shipped via regular post. Express shipping orders will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Please follow the delivery of your shipment via the Australia Post tracking number that we provide you with via email.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. In most cases we are unable to change the address of an order once it has been placed. If you have provided an incorrect address by mistake, please contact customer service immediately.
Parcel Damage
Please contact us within 5 business days if you parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics take pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns. Why is my order coming from the USA?
During times of high order volumes (sales, launches etc), processing times at one or more of our warehouses may be extended. If NJC determines an order can be received sooner, we may at any point change the location that your order is sent from. This will ensure you receive your order in the fastest possible time. Any additional shipping charges will be absorbed by NJC.
