This powder has changed the game for me when it comes to finishing and setting my makeup, especially for controlling the dark circles under my eyes! What a game changer this product has been for me. I cannot rave about it enough. I also love using a little on my upper lip and down the center of my nose to give additional shine control and brightening to my finished face!

The product works exactly as described. It has helped me with shine and keeps my make-up up in place. Although it gives me allergies every time I use it I still love it . It's worth buying.

I honestly didn't know what to expect or if it really covered and helped under my eyes. I used it the first time, only under one eye to see the difference. I couldn't believe it. I'm 47 with normal to dry skin my base has always been the most important part of my makeup routine, I do not have oily skin or any issues with acne never had but I have a lot of texture no matter how much I put into my skin care routine and I have potholes for pores . Not to mention both Powders were cheaper for me to purchase here in Canada than one of the most popular Holy Grail powders at Sephora, in todays constant raising costs I have to be very careful what I spend my money on. I have tried every powder on the market and the velvet finishing powder is the best of the best. I apply it with my damp beauty sponge when I'm ready to set. It does not cake, it doesn't dry out, it calms my oil zones, and performs longer than any major brand I can find at Nordstroms or Bloomingdale's. I've been using the Velvet Finishing Powder for about 3 years now and nothing compares. I've used other brands from samples I've been given and I've done a wear test with one of the most well known, top selling brand's setting powder and the difference so obvious. I have oily/combo skin and large pores, and I'm 43 so now I have these fine lines to worry about too.
