How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders at Nikkia Joy Cosmetics are shipped via Australia Post, complete with tracking details to ensure secure and traceable delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $7

  • Express Shipping: $12

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding Australian public holidays. During times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Expect delivery within 1-3 business days after shipping.

  • You can track your order using the Australia Post tracking number provided via email after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels:

  • Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order as we ship to the provided address. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will be charged for re-delivery.

  • Address changes are not possible once the order has been paid.

Parcel Damage:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Retain all packaging as it is often required for claims with the courier.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process of resolving this issue, including liaising with our couriers.

International Orders and Shipping from the USA:

  • During periods of high demand, we may ship items from our international warehouses, including the USA, to expedite delivery. This ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without any additional shipping charges.

  • Why is my order coming from the USA instead of Australia? During times of high order volumes, such as sales and new product launches, processing times at our Australian warehouse may be extended. If we determine that an order can be fulfilled faster from our USA warehouse, we will opt to ship from there to expedite delivery.
