I recently tried your petite lashes, because I too have small sensitive eyes. Girl! Omg! Hit it out of the ballpark! I'm obsessed now! They are so soft and the bands are so pliable and soft too. I just can't say enough good things about them! I love your setting powder and sponges too. You've done a fabulous job with your line and I'm looking forward to more releases! Well done!

The only lash brand I have found to actually make lashes for NORMAL SIZED EYES!!!!!!!! I have had problems my whole life finding eyelashes that i can wear purchased them after seeing Nikkias video talking about how she made lashes for smaller eyes. OH MY GOODNESS i'm so glad that i did! They are amazing! They look so natural and are perfect for my little eyes. I hope she does a petite set 2.0 like she did with the natural set. Multipacks are my fav!

I bought this set of lashes about a year ago! They are still going strong 💪 I’m so happy a brand came out with some lashes specially designed for small eyes! Every lash out there is way too big on my eyes and they overwhelm my eyes and look heavy! These lashes last a long time and they are so easy to apply and comfy ❤️ please come out with more styles 🥰

I love these. I have small eyes and they fit perfectly without having to trim the string bit. The only thing I do wish is that the 3rd style was available in bulk pack because I wear everyday!

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all Australian public holidays and shipment times will begin the next business day following. Please note that during times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches, holiday periods etc) this shipment time will be extended.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-5 business days to arrive when shipped via regular post. Express shipping orders will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Please follow the delivery of your shipment via the Australia Post tracking number that we provide you with via email.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.
Please contact us within 5 business days if you parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics take pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
Why is my order coming from the USA?
During times of high order volumes (sales, launches etc), processing times at one or more of our warehouses may be extended. If NJC determines it will an order can be received sooner, we may at any point change the location that your order is sent from. This will ensure you receive your order in the fastest possible time. Any additional shipping charges will be absorbed by NJC.
We are continuing to process and ship orders without delay, however due to the current COVID-19 crisis, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order as a result of the increased number of online orders and deliveries and subsequent delays from Australia Post. Currently, Australia Post is recommending that customers allow an additional 10 business days for the domestic delivery of parcels within Australia.
