Love love love ❤️ Delivery was fast. This product is a must have absolutely love how it feels on my skin and bonus it also smells divine. I will litterally be using this powder for life and have been in love with it since I first got it, but I will share the negatives aswell.
Skin type: Very oily & very pale.
1. Smooth.
The powder does blur your pores EXTREMELY well and looks super smooth, better than any other powder I have ever used, but mine didnt look as perfect as the demo video.
2. Oil.
It absolutely keeps my makeup perfect all day, it's amazing, BUT - my oil will come through within a few hours, like very oily and very shiny, but when I touch it up with the compact it litterally looks like it did when I first put it on in the morning! (I use the loose powder all over at home and take the compact when I'm out of the house) These touch ups are a must in my opinion.
3. No Cake! Ever!
I touch it up about 3 times a day and it never gets cakey??? Like I said, it looks like it did when I first put it on each time - no matter how many times I touch up, its crazy. (I'm also only just realising I was touching up way more when I first started using this like 6 months ago and now I probably only touch up lik 2-3 times... It might even be fixing my oil production all together with its good ingredients?)
4. Dry.
It can look pretty dry for the first 30min-1hr before my oil starts to take that look away.
5. Too dark.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that our warehouse is closed on all Australian public holidays and shipment times will begin the next business day following. Please note that during times of high order volume (sales, new product launches, new collection launches, holiday periods etc) this shipment time will be extended.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders shipped within Australia usually take 2-5 business days to arrive when shipped via regular post. Express shipping orders will arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped. Please follow the delivery of your shipment via the Australia Post tracking number that we provide you with via email.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels
Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.
Parcel Damage
Please contact us within 5 business days if you parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Nikkia Joy Cosmetics take pride in its stringent quality control procedures and strives to provide our customers with only the highest quality products. If however, you are dissatisfied with your products on arrival please contact us within 10 business day via the CONTACT US page on our website and someone from our friendly customer service team will assist you ASAP. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind returns.
Why is my order coming from the USA?
During times of high order volumes (sales, launches etc), processing times at one or more of our warehouses may be extended. If NJC determines it will an order can be received sooner, we may at any point change the location that your order is sent from. This will ensure you receive your order in the fastest possible time. Any additional shipping charges will be absorbed by NJC.
